1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 60 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in their original condition: unused, uncut, and with tags attached (if applicable).
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-designed props

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed.

4. Restocking Fee

  • A restocking fee of up to 15% will be deducted from your refund for all eligible returns.
  • This fee covers the labor and resources required to prepare and process your order.
  • The restocking fee does not apply to returns of defective or damaged items.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 60 days of receipt with photos for verification.
  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges.

  • You will receive a return shipping label or instructions for sending back the item.
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

8. International Returns

  • Returns from outside the USA are subject to additional shipping charges and may take longer to process.
