Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Items must be in their original condition: unused, uncut, and with tags attached (if applicable)

2. Return Process

  • Contact us at info@gilbertengineeringusa.com to initiate a return or exchange
  • You will receive a return shipping label or instructions for sending back the item
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error

3. International Returns

  • Returns from outside the USA are subject to additional shipping charges and may take longer to process

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-designed props

5. Refund Options

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed

6. Restocking Fee

  • A restocking fee of up to 15% will be deducted from your refund for all eligible returns
  • This fee covers the labor and resources required to prepare and process your order
  • The restocking fee does not apply to returns of defective or damaged items
