1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 60 days of purchase.
- Items must be in their original condition: unused, uncut, and with tags attached (if applicable).
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-designed props

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
- Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed.
4. Restocking Fee
- A restocking fee of up to 15% will be deducted from your refund for all eligible returns.
- This fee covers the labor and resources required to prepare and process your order.
- The restocking fee does not apply to returns of defective or damaged items.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are permitted for items of equal or lesser value.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 60 days of receipt with photos for verification.
- We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges.
7. Return Process

- You will receive a return shipping label or instructions for sending back the item.
- Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
8. International Returns
- Returns from outside the USA are subject to additional shipping charges and may take longer to process.
